Ski Utah Social Media, Content and Public Relations Intern

Mission: Ski Utah is seeking a social media, content and public relations intern to help assist, curate and manage Ski Utah’s social media channels, create content on SkiUtah.com and assist with PR efforts. This is a dynamic and fun position that encourages creativity as social and content lead the way in building Ski Utah’s mountain lifestyle brand. He/she will have the opportunity to work with and collaborate with many Utah resorts, Ski Utah members and sponsors, Ski Utah’s PR agency and journalists. Must be willing to jump on any task, be a self-starter and enthusiastic about Utah’s winter tourism industry.

Duties: While not limited to the following list, the internship will mainly include:

• Gather weekly and monthly analytics

• Posting and engagement efforts on Instagram, Facebook and Twitter

• Work with Ski Utah’s storytellers to help build out content on SkiUtah.com

• Curate Instagram stories

• Execute live videos

• Support media FAM trips

• Organize and execute local media events

• Media Clipping Reports

Timeline: Expected commitment is 20 hrs a week throughout 2019 Fall Semester (Sept - Dec) and 2020 Winter/Spring Semester (Jan - April)
