The Dining Discovery: Brewmaster's Dinner will be held at Earl's Lodge on Friday, June 15th at 6:30 pm.
The Snowbasin Resort Culinary Team has crafted a menu of perfect pairings to all the earthen flavors that can be found in beers. This is a beer and food feast that is not to be missed. Both the Chef and the Brew Masters will be on hand to answer questions and talk about all the ingredients and why they chose to pair certain dishes with certain beers to bring out the flavors of each. Price is $80 for whole experience food and drink. $50 for a designated driver (just food). You can even reserve your spot now by calling 801-620-1021.
