Delight in October’s Dining Discovery, where the chefs prepare a ‘Taste of Snowbasin’ dinner which includes a nine-course meal that features a little something for everyone’s liking. The menu includes lemon-zested goat cheese stuffed peppadew wrapped in prosciutto with lavender infused agave nectar, salt roasted carrot, beet and cucumber roulade with micro flowers and white balsamic pearls, carbonated watermelon with friend basil and honeycomb, smoked duck breast with a crispy parsnip chip and Cabernet infused salt, raviolo al uovo with beurre noisette and maple cured pork belly, scallop “lox” with blood orange granita and crystallized ginger, halibut cheeks en papillote with haricot vert, charred Meyer lemon, baby heirloom tomatoes, rosemary cabernet braised lamb shank with mascarpone whipped yams, garnished with fennel balsamic reduction and for dessert an almond and apple tartlette “rose”, buttermilk ice cream and a bourbon caramel. The cost is $75 per a person. For an extra $50, a guest can pair a 5-course wine flight with the food menu. Reservations are required. Call 801-620-1021 to make your reservation.
