Day 100 at Alta was DEEP!

Day 100!!!!!!!!

Today may go down as one of my all time favorite days of skiing at Alta ever.  Even though I've skied this resort countless times, today had a different feel. As the snow continued to fall heavily, there was a bit of excitement in the air as to whether or not we would reach the magical 200 inch base on my 100th day of the season. Although we came up a little short in the 200 inch department, we didn't come up short on finding the deep untracked powder that Alta is so famous for.

As Katie and I were about to board the Wildcat lift for the first run of our day we saw Marc and Bobby from This was a game changer for Katie and I. You know when you ski a resort so many times you kind of fall into a routine, you know what you like so you ski it over and over again. While it's almost always great, you have the tendency to stop exploring other zones on the mountain. A big thanks to Marc and Bobby for opening my eyes and showing us places I never even imagined could exist. Like I said today was a GAME CHANGER!

Marc does a wonderful job of recapping the entire day on the hill.
