I suggested to you a while back that if you are a foodie, you have to check out Deer Valley.
I spent more money on food than my season pass my first season skiing there. I couldn't pass up trying something new every afternoon. From their signature Turkey Chili (have them add all the toppings for you!) to even a wrap or slice of pizza, everything is exquisite.
I spent just as much time in the Silver Lake and Empire lodges as I did in my own kitchen last winter.
It comes as no suprise to me that now Deer Valley has another delicious option to tempt me:
I tend to want lunch, like many of you, right at the time the lodges are the busiest. Can't help it.
So I loved going into Cena and finding a table and plenty of room for my friends and I to eat.
And reasonable prices, for a large portion of food.
If you have already discovered the genius of parking at the Chateaux, you're right there. Otherwise, head across the street from Silver Lake Lodge to find Cena.

Zane Holmquist, Director of Food and Beverage and Executive Chef of Stein Eriksen Lodge’s renowned Glitretind Restaurant, along with Cena’s Executive Chef Chris Wellmon, will oversee Cena Ristorante and Lounge’s tasty menu offerings. Both chefs bring a variety of fresh and locally grown fare, as well as their individual creative ideas to the menu. Sample menu items include antipasti and crostini appetizers, house-made pastas, flat-bread pizzas from a wood burning oven, famous Italian-style meatballs and entrees such as butternut squash raviolis. Prices range from $6-11 for appetizers, $9-11 for pizzas and $14-22 for pasta and entrees.
