Goodbye Cottonwood Canyons, Hello Snowbasin

The Cottonwood Canyons, Little and Big, delivered some surprisingly good "chalky" powder with some incredible vistas as we knocked off resorts 6, 7, 8 and 9.

We started at Snowbird where the Tram was on wind hold thwarting our original plan to do a Tram to Mineral to Alta connect. We adjusted by going up Peruvian and Silver Fox to Chips was money! Chris met us at the Alta Bypass road and we headed to Alta where lift lines on Collins were non-existent.

Sun Spot was another repeat of perfectly fun wind buff chalky pow and Little Cottonwood was done.

Brighton and Solitude is an unique situation where you can link the two resorts via the Sol-Bright trail so we took advantage of this gem making up 15 minutes in Big Cottonwood Canyon.

We're now on our way to Snowbasin with visions of the John Paul Express keeping us motivated. The quest to Ski the 13 is within grasp! We'll update again shortly. Watch the Twitter and Facebook links to the right ---> for more updates.
