6th Annual Park City Food & WineClassic Returns July 8-11

WHO:              Local, regional, national and international food and wine aficionados.
 
WHAT:            The Park City Food & Wine Classic returns this summer to celebrate the utmost in wine and culinary pursuits. Expanding upon previous years’ success, this year’s four-day festival features the Wine on the Mountain Kick-Off Celebration, the Stroll of Park City tasting, a Grand Tasting, numerous culinary and vineyard seminars, renowned epicurean specialties, access to celebrity chefs and winemakers, vintners’ dinners, reserve tastings, live entertainment and more. The Classic this year features some new experiential seminars such as “Mud, Sweat and Cheers” which combines mountain biking with lunch and wine sampling to follow. The festival is designed to appeal to the devote connoisseur and novice alike, providing samples of fine wines from around the world and culinary creations from the region’s finest chefs.

WHAT ELSE:   To date, the Classic has helped generate over $100,000 for area charities.  The Park City Food & Wine Classic is pleased to support the People’s Health Clinic  and The Park City Foundation in 2010.  Five percent of all Classic ticket sales and all auction proceeds benefit these important organizations.
