About Brian Head Resort (866-930-1010/www.BrianHead.com): Located in the red rock mountains of Southern Utah, just 3.5 hours south of Salt Lake City, Brian Head annually averages nearly 360 inches of “The Greatest Snow on Earth."  It is among the best values in North American snow sports:  $49 for an adult all-day lift ticket and just $35 for children ages 12 and under and seniors ages 65+.  Half-day lift tickets are only $40 and $29, respectively.  During the Resort’s Holiday Periods, full-day lift tickets are $56 and $40, and $46 and $33 for half day: and as always, children ages 5 and under ski free with a paying adult.  Brian Head Resort’s incredible snow accumulation is in great part explained by its base elevation of 9,600 feet, making it the highest in Utah.  The Resort offers more than 660 acres of terrain for downhill skiing, snowboarding, and snow tubing.  This includes multiple terrain parks and more than 70 trails served by eight lifts. Brian Head Resort’s family-friendly atmosphere includes an uncrowded setting with no lift lines, an award-winning, all-inclusive children's program for ages 3 through 12 at its Navajo Lodge and Learning Center, and an entire mountain and facility dedicated to kids and newcomers to winter sports.  The Resort also offers a state licensed day care facility.  Brian Head Resort was named a “Top Family Getaway” by the Family Travel Forum.  The Town of Brian Head offers multiple options for lodging, along with après ski dining, drinking, and entertainment.  The latest information can be found at BrianHead.com.
