PARK CITY, UTAH (July 2, 2012) – The award-winning Talisker Restaurant Collection today announces the promotion of Zeke Wray, 33, to Executive Chef overseeing the culinary ambitions of more than two dozen dining experiences including the award-winning Talisker on Main, Farm at Canyons and Slopes by Talisker.

Chef Zeke, a native of Colorado who first joined the Talisker team in 2006, earned accolades this past winter when he opened Bistro at Canyons to rave reviews.  A graduate of the California Culinary Institute in San Francisco, he has also worked in the private dining rooms at Talisker Tower and Tuhaye Table Café, as well as with the Talisker Events Group, where he contributed his creativity to many of Talisker’s special events.

Talisker Restaurant Collection has a deep roster of chefs, all of whom will continue to pursue culinary excellence and innovation, keeping Talisker and Park City in the forefront of culinary notoriety.

From signature restaurants including Talisker on Main, The Farm, Bistro at Canyons and Slopes by Talisker at Waldorf Astoria Park City to its entire collection of 26 F&B outlets in Park City and at Canyons Resort, the Talisker Restaurant Collection offers world-class service and cuisine in both public and private environments. A cornerstone of the Talisker Restaurant Collection is its partnerships with local farmers, artisan purveyors and a network of greenhouses and produce growers.  For more information, visit www.talisker.com.
