Deer Valley Resort Lodging and Reservations Now Manages the Lodges at Deer Valley and Silver Baron Lodge

DEER VALLEY RESORT, PARK CITY, UTAH (Winter 2009/2010) – The recently formed Deer Valley Resort Lodging and Reservations (DVRL&R), which serves as property manager for more than 300 Deer Valley lodging units, is pleased to announce that it now manages The Lodges at Deer Valley and the Silver Baron Lodge.

“We are so excited to now be the property manager for The Lodges at Deer Valley, and Silver Baron Lodge properties that we’ve worked with for years,” explains Dirk Beal, Deer Valley Resort director of sales. “The Lodges and Silver Baron offer some of our largest meeting and convention space at Deer Valley. The Resort also provides the food and beverage for the banquet and catering operation at these properties, enabling us to guarantee the “Deer Valley difference” we’ve become known for.”

The Lodges at Deer Valley is a completely inclusive condominium hotel and conference center located near Deer Valley Resort’s base area and within walking distance of Snow Park Lodge and skiing.  The Lodges at Deer Valley features 7,000 square feet of meeting space in five rooms ranging in size from 512 to 2,400 square feet.  The rooms can accommodate groups ranging in size from an intimate board meeting of a dozen to theater-style audiences of up to 200 guests.  Guests will enjoy the elegant mountain style accommodations for which Deer Valley is famous in the hotel’s one-, two- and three-bedroom condominiums.  The Lodges offers wireless Internet access in meeting and sleeping rooms. The beautifully appointed lobby, year-round outdoor pool, hot tub and fitness center add to the meeting experience.  Deer Valley Resort provides the catering for The Lodges, so guests will enjoy gourmet fare at its best.  The Lodges is also serviced by a complimentary in-town shuttle. The Silver Baron Lodge, a “sister property” to The Lodges, offers 50 two- and three-bedroom units, with 3,500 square feet of meeting space and offers a wonderful mining oriented décor as well as a large heated swimming pool and hot tub.

Other properties that DVRL&R has under contract as property manager include Trail’s End Lodge, Stag Lodge, Black Diamond Lodge, The Deer Valley Club and Shooting Star. In addition, DVRL&R also has approximately 120 independent lodging units under management.
