High Country Exploring Offers Four New Snowbird Activities

Snowbird, Utah – High Country Exploring, located in the activity center of Snowbird Ski and Summer Resort, is now offering the following four new summer activities:
· Dutch Oven Cooking Classes – Participants receive instruction on a variety of recipes that include appetizers, main courses and desserts. Classes will be offered on Thursdays and Saturdays at 2 p.m. for $25/person.
· Ranger Wildflower Tours – The adventure starts with an Aerial Tram ride to Hidden Peak, followed by a 60-minute wildflower tour in Mineral Basin aboard a Ranger passenger ATV. Tours offered daily by appointment, $40/person includes Tram ticket ($10 discounts for senior citizens).
· Little Buckaroo Camp – A two-hour camp in Mineral Basin for children 4-8 years old that includes instruction in horseback riding, grooming, care and safety as well as dummy roping and western arts and crafts. Camp sessions will be held on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays for $48/child with advance reservations required by calling 877-577-7877.
· Geo-Caching – Beginner, intermediate and advanced GPS-instruction courses that included strategic treasure hunts throughout Snowbird for prizes. Instruction offered daily for $20/2 hours or $35/4 hours.
