ALTA,UTAH - Alta Ski Area and the Alta Environmental Center have joined with the Cottonwood Canyons Foundation, Alta Community Enrichment, the  Town of Alta and Friends of Alta in organizing Alta’s 2nd Earth Day Fair.
 
The free all-day event will take place on Friday, April 13th.
 
Eco-demo booths at Wildcat Base will feature green vendors and businesses from the Salt Lake Valley,demonstrating their sustainability products and efforts.
 
Fun kids and adult craft projects will be offered at Albion Base. There will be two “Ski with a Ranger” tours, departing from the Cecret lift. There will also be an opportunity to recycle ski gear, a collaborative effort with 4Frnt skis and Snowsport Industries America.
 
The Earth Day Fair will end with films, prize drawings and appetizers at the Our Lady of the Snows.
