New Weekday Lift Ticket Deal Offers Skiers and Snowboarders a 35% Savings
               
Brian Head, UT – Brian Head Resort in the Rocky Mountains of Southern Utah will open its 2012/2013 Winter Season on Friday, November 16th (dependent on weather).  The Resort will be open Friday through Sunday through December 13th, and will be open seven days a week beginning December 14th through its scheduled closing date of April 14, 2013.  The Resort will also be open on Thanksgiving Day, November 22nd.
 
A 35 percent saving on already low priced weekday, adult lift tickets awaits skiers and snowboarders at Brian Head Resort in Southern Utah: The new “Brian Head Midweek Punch Pass” provides five adult, full day lift tickets for only $159. This equals less than $32 per day, while the regular price is $49. The punch pass is fully-transferable and is good for one punch per weekday, Monday through Friday, non-holiday periods. This pricing maintains Brian Head Resort’s long-held position among the best values in North American snow sports.
 
Also new at Brian Head Resort for the 2012/2013 Winter Season is the “College Student Season Pass” for only $299. It’s offered to everyone with a college ID and under the age of 26. It is available through December 31st at Brian Head’s season pass office and at offsite season pass sales events as noted at BrianHead.com.
 
A new “Learn to Ski & Snowboard” offer from Brian Head Resort will be available the weekends of January 12th and 13th and January 26th and 27th.  Reservations are required. For only $45, everyone 13 years and older will receive a two-hour skiing or snowboarding lesson, equipment rentals and an full day lift ticket for Chairs 4 & 6 on the beginners mountain. The lift tickets will be specially marked so Brian Head Resort staff knows these skiers and snowboarders are beginners. Participants will receive a coupon for two $45 non-holiday period “Get Better Lessons,” regularly $79. They include: a full day lift ticket, rentals and 1.5 hours of instruction.  Lessons start at 10:30 am and 1:30 pm. When “Learn to Ski & Snowboard” participants complete both “Get Better Lessons,” they will be eligible for 50 percent off a season pass for the remainder of the 2012/2013 Winter Season, equipment rentals, and they get a free lift ticket to bring one friend on any day they ski with their season pass.
 
There has been no price increase on regular lift tickets, with adult full day remaining at $49 and children 12-and-under and seniors 65+ remaining at $35. Half-day tickets remain at $40 and $29, respectively. Holiday full-day rates are $56 and $40, and $46 and $33 half day. Kids 5 and under continue to ski free with a paying adult.
