Prime Steak Sushi Bar at Lespri

Park City, Utah- Lespri located in the Prospector neighborhood in Park City, Utah has launched their most unique menu at Prime Steak Sushi Bar, formerly Cellars Prime Steak & Spirits, to coincide with announcing public access to the facilities.  What was exclusively a rendezvous location for members and any guest vacationing in one of the many luxury accommodations managed by Lespri is now open to the public.  For the first time since Lespri’s founding in 2002  non-members are invited to try outstanding amenities ranging from the sushi bar to one of only two Prime certified steak houses in Park City, the Rain Spa, meeting spaces plus 6 boutique style hotel rooms.  

The helm of Prime Steak and Sushi Bar is held by two chefs bringing Park City one of the most intense dining experiences. Executive Chef Ernesto Rocha sources ingredients from the best available purveyors and Sushi Chef Josh Talley makes environmentally conscience and extraordinary choices when choosing his menu items.

 Prime Steak Sushi Bar works with an array of interesting purveyors both locally and nationally.

 Steaks come directly from Allen Brothers founded in 1893 in the famed Chicago Union Stockyard.  USDA Prime Beef is the highest grade available to the market and only1% to 2% of American beef is good enough to be considered for the coveted USDA Prime designation.
Cheeses from Golden Creek Farms in Woodland, UT can be found in the mac and cheese and salads.  The smoked white cheddar recently won second place at the National Cheese Society convention.

Produce from Muir Copper Canyons Farms in Salt Lake City and from local farmers markets when available
Conger Eel (Anago) is a specialty of the house and made in-house.  Most sushi restaurants only serve Unagi eel which is much lower in quality and pre-made before they purchase

Soon we will start offering live exotic products, such as sea urchin, sweet shrimp, river crabs, giant clams, live eel and live conch
Prime Steak Sushi Bar is located at 1765 Sidewinder Drive in Park City, Utah. Hours o operation are Tuesday through Sunday from 5-10pm and happy hour is Tuesday through Sunday 5-6pm.  Includes $5 red and white wines (all 90+ Wine Spectator ratings), $5 Lespri Martini (fresh mint muddled with sour, shaken with 1.5oz light rum and served up with a peppermint sprig) $5 Prime Rib Sliders with Spanish Manchego cheese, and $5 Himachi and Maguro
