Royal Street Café Open for Summer Deer Valley Grocery ~ Café Extending Hours for Dinner

WHAT:
Royal Street Café, located mid-mountain in Deer Valley’s Silver Lake Lodge offers a casual grill atmosphere with award-winning cuisine and scenic deck dining. Lunch is served daily from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Cool down on the deck with a refreshing cocktail, such as a Blueberry Mojito or Deer Valley’s Elderflower Cocktail. The menu features creative appetizers, including a Dungeness king crab tower with avocado, cucumber, tomato concassé, pea sprouts, crispy spiced won tons, sauces of wasabi, ginger-soy and sweet chili or chilled tuna tartar with an arugula lemon truffle oil salad. Also available are salads, paninis, Deer Valley Turkey Chili and specialty entrées, such as the maple bacon BBQ bison burger. Children’s and take-out menus are also available.

Guests can access this popular mountainside lunch spot by car, bike, foot or chairlift!  Take advantage of our Royal Street Café Bounce Back Offer.  Guests who purchase a $12  one-time ride on the Silver Lake Express chairlift from the Snow Park Mountain Bike Office at the resort base, then enjoy lunch at Royal Street Café you will receive a free lift voucher which can be redeemed for a single scenic lift ride any day of the 2011 summer season (June 17 through Labor Day).

Deer Valley Grocery ~ Café located in the Deer Valley Plaza building in the Snow Park area is extending hours to serve dinner. Deer Valley Grocery ~ Café is now open daily from 7:30 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. Deer Valley Grocery ~ Café serves on-site and to-go fresh baked pastries, specialty coffee drinks, soups, chilies, stews, salads, paninis, homemade breads and other bakery items.

Enjoy the view and mountain air while dining lakeside on the outdoor deck for dinner with items such as the chicken or veggie enchiladas or custom pizzas. Deer Valley Resort continues it’s commitment to sustainable and local product at Deer Valley Grocery ~ Café by purchasing from Copoper Moose Farm and Diamond Ranch for the highest quality ingredients.
