Snowbird Celebrates Mother's Day with Brunch Spa Specials

SNOWBIRD, UT – Snowbird Ski and Summer Resort is celebrating Mother’s Day with a brunch buffet at The Atrium and The Aerie, and specials at The Cliff Lodge and Spa. The resort also plans to be open for skiing and snowboarding, conditions permitting.
“Snowbird is making it easy for families to spend time in the mountains and is offering a unique way to celebrate mothers on this special occasion,” said Dave Fields, Vice President of Resort Operations.
The Atrium will have live music performed by Chris Bender and will be serving a brunch buffet from 10:30 a.m. until 3 p.m. A few of the menu options Chef Bruce Phillips will create are a chilled strawberry soup, cheese blintz, blackened ahi canapé, grilled Snake River Double R Ranch filet mignon medallions, several sushi options and assorted desserts from the Snowbird bakery. Vegetarian options will also be available.
The recently remodeled Aerie will serve a brunch buffet from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Chef Ken Ohlinger will create a menu that includes scallion and cheddar scrambled eggs, brioche french toast, smoked salmon eggs benedict, leg of lamb with mint gelee, herb rubbed prime rib with natural jus, an omelet station, sushi and several dessert options. The kids’ buffet will include penne and meatballs, french fries, mac and cheese, chicken fingers and hamburger sliders.

The Cliff Spa will be offering a free Classic Manicure with the purchase of two Paraffin or Hydrating Pedicures, and 20% off all facials.
