Southern Utah Resort Rolls Out Discounts and Specials with $25 Tuesday and More

BEAVER, Utah (January, 2011) – Eagle Point, located just 18 miles east of Beaver in Southern Utah, recently announced a number of specials and lodging packages designed to make skiing and riding affordable. Kids 6 and under always ski or ride for free with an accompanying adult.
$25 Tuesday is a January promotion that represents a $20 discount on an adult all-day lift ticket. Children and seniors pay only $15 for all-day lift tickets any Tuesday in January. Also in January, bring an old ski pass from any other resort to Eagle Point for $20 off an adult all-day ticket on weekdays, and $15 off a regular adult ticket on weekends.
January is national Learn to Ski or Snowboard month, and Eagle Point is offering specials to encourage newcomers to snowsports. Beginners can try a new sport with a half-day ski or snowboard lesson, lift ticket and rentals for only $36. This January special can also be upgraded to a full-day package, and individuals are invited to take advantage of this offer three times in the month of January. On-mountain lodging is available with private ski in/ski out condos and cabins by calling (435) 554.8887. Mid-week lodging specials include a one bedroom condo with two adult lift tickets for $175. Dining options for skiers and non-skiers alike range from traditional lodge fare at the Skyline Lodge, to relaxed fine dining at The Outpost Grill. Eagle Point's Chef Craig Haslebacher is a recent winner of the famed Iron Chef competition. The unique menu is diverse in selection as well as price range.
For an affordable get-away, a number of lodging packages are available in nearby Beaver just off the I-15. Beaver Comfort Inn and Suites is offering two nights lodging and two days of skiing at Eagle Point for two people for only $275. This package includes a hot breakfast, and has an indoor pool and hot tub.
Rate is based on two queen beds or one king bed room (double occupancy) for two nights, plus four lift tickets valued at $45 each. Additional specials include a single queen room with one ticket to Eagle Point for only $99/night at the Butch Cassidy Best Western Inn. This includes a full breakfast. When you stay two nights at the Best Western Paradise Inn for $179, you receive two adult day tickets to Eagle Point for free!
