THANKSGIVING COOKING MADE EASIER WITH DEER VALLEY GROCERY~CAFÉ'S GOURMET TAKE-AWAY MENU

Leave the holiday preparations to Deer Valley Resort this Thanksgiving with Deer Valley's own signature take-away side dishes and desserts from the Grocery~Café.

Made fresh to order, Deer Valley’s holiday side dishes are sure to complement your Thanksgiving dinner. Gourmet side dishes and desserts are available a la carte, and many gluten free, vegan or vegetarian options are available.

"We want to give families the opportunity to spend more time together during Thanksgiving," said Food and Beverage Director, Julie Wilson. "Our Thanksgiving menu includes many of people's favorite traditions and pies made with a Deer Valley twist."

The Deer Valley Thanksgiving menu includes: Deer Valley roasted garlic mashed potatoes, steamed green beans with shiitake mushrooms, Jack Daniels roasted acorn squash, house-made sausage struan bread stuffing, lemon thyme sauce and cranberry chutney.

Made-to-order pies includes a choice of old-fashioned pumpkin, sweet potato pecan, apple cheddar, traditional pecan or chocolate silk.  In addition, gingerbread apple cake, pumpkin pecan bread and cranberry orange bread will be offered for this special Thanksgiving meal.

All orders must be placed by Monday, November 19 and are available for pickup at the Grocery~Café on Wednesday, November 21 at 6:30 p.m. or Thursday, November 22 by 11:30 a.m. To place a Thanksgiving order, please call 435-615-2400.
