The wildly popular Ski Utah Passport Program is back for its 25th year and offers the same great benefits you know and love – still affordable, still awesome. Ski Utah wants to get kids to participate in the great outdoors, experience Utah’s world-class ski resorts right in their “backyard,” and make it affordable to do so.
With Utah being home to the The Greatest Snow on Earth®, the Ski Utah Student Passport is available to any 4th, 5th, and 6th graders for the 2023–24 ski season. And, they don’t have to attend a Utah school or even be a Utah resident! This means 45 ski days for just $69! Hurry and purchase here before prices increase to $89 on December 1, 2023.
Here are the details at a glance:
- Valid for students in 4th, 5th, and 6th grade, including students who are home-schooled and out-of-state
- $69 per passport (price increases to $89 on December 1, 2023)

A healthy child is a happy child, and happy, active children grow up to be happy, active adults. This benefits everyone.
Have no fear parents and guardians. Ski Utah has a pass that gives adults a more affordable way to ski at each of these resorts, too. With the students set for an incredible season, you can purchase a Yeti Pass and ski one day at each of Utah’s 15 resorts for $719. That is less than $50 at each resort!
Why 4th, 5th, and 6th graders? At 9 to 12 years old, these students are at an age in their development where they have more autonomy to choose the activities they enjoy and tend to prefer active activities over more sedentary activities. Steady, consistent exposure to snow sports at this critical age can create a passion for winter recreation that lasts a lifetime.
If you and your 4th, 5th, and 6th graders are ready to discover all that winter has to offer in Utah this season, or a new way to explore our incredible resorts, act fast! You can learn more about the best ski and snowboarding pass a kid can get by clicking here.
