Casey Lane is a Southern California transplant whose background in the outdoors encompasses well over a decade leading trail rides on horseback in the San Juan Mountains and flipping pancakes over a hot trailer-side griddle in the Tetons. After moving to Utah for work (promising to only stay three months), Casey has now been in the Wasatch for over three years, and in that time has learned to ski as an adult, an experience she enjoys sharing with first time visitors, skiers, and snowboarders to Utah’s many resorts.

In the off season, Casey’s 12 years teaching indoor cycling have given her the lungs to mountain bike at 7,000’, a sport she now touts as her favorite way to spend a Sunday afternoon in the summer ­- that and a giant iced tea.
