The Brass Tag, located in the Lodges at Deer Valley, is open year-round, nightly for après-ski/bike and dinner.
The Brass TagTM menu features Deer Valley-inspired brick oven cuisine including fresh seafood skillets, seared meats, oven roasted fresh fish, locally-sourced produce, pizzettes and specialty sides. A full bar, beer and wine are also available. Open daily year-round. Winter hours are 3 to 9 p.m. serving the full dinner menu from 5:30 to 9 p.m. and summer hours are 4 to 9 p.m. serving the full dinner menu from 5 to 9 p.m.
