First Restaurant in Utah to be Named to National Hot List

Salt Lake City – Current Fish & Oyster has been named one of the 100 Hottest Restaurants in America for 2016 by OpenTable. This is the first year a Utah restaurant has been selected for this high honor, putting Current in the ranks of the top restaurants in the country, Current stands in good company with restaurant icons like New York's Marble & Rye, Tao, and The Hudson Room. The list of winners is derived from more than five million reviews submitted by OpenTable diners for more than 20,000 restaurants in all 50 states and the District of Columbia. The adjacent Under Current Club has had its own share of national recognition, having been invited to Arizona Cocktail Week last month. Partner and General Manager Amy Eldredge will be hosting the 2016 Southwest Regional Conference of the United States Bartenders’ Guild April 17-20.
