Born and raised in Salt Lake City, Lauren grew up with the mountains as her backyard. In the winter, her mom was teaching her how to ski black diamonds. And in the summer, her dad was teaching her how to hit a hole-in-one. Her favorite memories growing up consisted of powder days when her mom would check her out of grade school early to take advantage of the 5th and 6th grade passport. Winter is for skiing, spring is for soccer, summer is for golfing and beach days, and fall is for Utah Football!

In 2025, Lauren graduated with a PR and Marketing degree from Utah Valley University, where she fell in love with writing. She was recently hired on with SEG, working as an account manager for the Utah Jazz and Utah Mammoth. And she has also begun her career as a football referee this year!
