MyMountainPlanner.com at Park City Mountain

A few questions to start off today...

  1. Have you ever arrived at a new mountain completely unaware of where to start?
  2. Are you a beginner looking to get off the bunny hill but don't know where to go?
  3. Have you had it with the intermediate terrain, and looking for something a little more challenging?
  4. Are you looking for some of the historical artifacts that are prevalent at PCMR?

picture-21 (picture-21)If you answered yes to any of these questions, you need to check out MyMountainPlanner.com. MyMountainPlanner.com gives you a quick questionnaire about what kind of skiing that you want to have at Park City that day, then, builds a custom day around many of the features of their park. Once you have decided what kind of run that you want to go on, it builds a custom day based on your requirements. It is like having a virtual best friend that only wants to please you on your ski day there with you.

I have been trying to build a robot best friend for a long time, this is a lot better. Less chance of getting shocked too...

Back to that action... Last week when I went up, I was curious about the Historic Tour that you could go on. I have been skiing at PCMR for a long time, and was interested in learning more about some of the historical artifacts that you can see all over the mountain. So, with my friend Stephen we charged up the hill doing our best Bruce Lindsey shooting a little video about the history of this great mining area.
