Spring has sprung and is also the time to score deals by planning ahead. As the season nears its end, resorts begin offing deals on passes for next season. Sweeeeet! The early bird gets the worm.

Here’s where to find a few of these deals:

Brian Head – Spring deals are blooming until May 31st at Brian Head resort. Even better that these deals are on top of their already awesome pricing plan that offers discounts to kids, young adults, and seniors. Check out their site for more details and restrictions.

Canyons Resort Epic Pass – The flexible Epic pass offers access to not only Canyons, but also four additional resorts in Colorado, three in Lake Tahoe, and now Japan. Summer gondola access at Canyons is also included, an awesome perk for mountain bike riders. Priced at $729 for adults or $379 for children (ages 5-12), this is a versatile and affordable option for skiers who like to travel.

Mountain Collective (Includes Alta, Snowbird and more) – A limited number of 2014-2015 Mountain Collective adult passes are available for $359. Additionally, child pass have been discounted to $99. Buying in the spring also gives you access to Valle Nevado, Chile and Thredbo, Australia during the summer. I don’t know about you, but I’d love to take advantage of that benefit!

Locals know, spring is a special time for skiing in Utah. Yet, as the season winds down, we may all face a minor depression. For me, making plans for next season eases the pain just a little, and sweet deals don’t hurt either.
