1 bedroom with sleeping loft/2 bathrooms: nightly rates -- $89 on Thursdays, Sundays and Mondays; $179 on Fridays and Saturdays; $329 on Holidays; plus tax and a one-time $35 cleaning fee.
2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms: nightly rates -- $99 on Thursdays, Sundays and Mondays; $189 on Fridays and Saturdays; $339 on Holidays; plus tax and a one-time $40 cleaning fee.

Summer/Fall Rates

1 bedrooms: one night stay - $119; two night stay - $109; three or more night stay - $99; plus tax and a one-time cleaning fee of $30.
