Liza Story is a licensed Realtor® with Summit Sotheby’s International Realty and is widely known as The Park City Ambassador for her ability to introduce clients to the very best of mountain living. Raised in the Wasatch Mountains—where skiing is a way of life—she brings an authentic connection to the lifestyle her clients are seeking. For Liza, real estate is about more than homes; it’s about helping people experience the outdoor beauty, community, and energy that make Park City exceptional. It’s not uncommon for a client meeting to begin with a morning ski lap or a summer hike, followed by meaningful conversations over a warm drink in a local lodge.
Before real estate, Liza honed her creativity, precision, and work ethic as a pastry chef, including time in the beloved Deer Valley® Resort Bakery. Her path later took her to Los Angeles, where she studied Marketing and Finance at Loyola Marymount University and worked for a top Hollywood PR firm. But the pull of Utah’s mountains brought her home, where she contributed to the U.S. Ski Team’s $60M Center of Excellence campaign and supported community development for the Sundance Institute.
Her experience in luxury development grew through her work with The Colony at White Pine Canyon, where she designed resident experiences and supported high-end lifestyle programming. Liza then spent eight years as the lead sales agent for Montage Residences Deer Valley®, managing over $150M in sales and guiding marketing initiatives. In 2020, she was selected as the lead agent for the new Deer Valley East Village master development. Today she continues to grow her personal business with nearly $50M in recent sales.
