Porcupine Pub & Grille opened its first location at the mouth of Big Cottonwood Canyon on April 27th, 1998. The vision, to create the perfect gathering place for skiers, mountain bikers, outdoor enthusiasts, families, and friends to come relax and enjoy great food while meeting new friends and experiencing exceptional service. Since we opened our doors we have welcomed the community in being an integral part of our family. We are a “family-minded” driven establishment in the sense that our patrons are our friends and we strive to provide an atmosphere that welcomes everyone. We believe strongly in community and in supporting local. We have taken the time to establish a menu and bar offerings that is reflective of this. Our wide variety of homemade food is a great escape from the usual mass produced food chain. Tap into something cold from our 24 drafts featuring a great selection of local brews, or if its wine or cocktails that fit the mood you won’t be disappointed. Come in for lunch or dinner and check out our daily specials. Each day we feature an array of house specials, homemade soups, and a dessert of the week. We also serve a signature brunch menu on the weekends complete with: Omelets of the day, French toast with fresh berries, and fresh brewed coffee. Join us for good food and good friends!
