Mountain Top Brunch at Needles Lodge Every Sunday, June 12 - September 19 9:30 am - 3:00 pm What better way to start your Sunday morning than a beautiful gondola ride through the high alpine to the majestic Needles Lodge where incredible cuisine awaits. Our culinary team provides only the freshest local ingredients made ready through our community-supported agriculture partnerships. Each week the menu is adjusted slightly to make way for the very freshest ingredients and the chef’s creative inspirations which are showcased across a grand buffet in the center of the room while culinary experts dazzle you with their composed dishes. This is one of those summer bucket list items you have to try in northern Utah.
