Celebrate Dad with a Park City Meals, Gifts He Won’t Soon Forget

Park City Area Restaurant Association establishments are serving a range of delicious specials and perfect gifts for Father’s Day

PARK CITY, Utah (June 15, 2015) — Take dad to a Park City restaurant this Father’s Day for a meal he won’t soon forget.

On Sunday, June 21, restaurants across the Park City area are offering a range of special menus, gifts and discounts, from bacon-wrapped steak at Grub Steak, to an exclusive Rendezvous Rye from High West, to Glitretind’s famous buffet chock-full of more than two dozen items.

“We’ve got something for everyone this Father’s Day,” PCARA executive director Ginger Ries said. “Join us for a fun, tasty, stress-free and memorable meal or gift that’s sure to make dad’s day.”

501 Main will be offering a Father’s Day brunch and dinner specials for Dad’s all day on June 21st.


2900 Deer Valley Drive East


Enjoy a three-course meal at Deer Valley’s newest restaurant, The Brass Tag.  Dinner starts with a Fire Roasted Garden Vegetable Gazpacho, followed by a choice of entrée including The Brass Tag Burger, oven Roasted Quail Piccata or the Mushroom Trio and Summer Vegetables vegetarian option.  Dinner is followed by a Snickerdoodle cookie skillet for $34.00 per person.

Buffet: $37.95 for adults, $13.95 children 10 and under

Cisero’s will offer a spectacular Father’s Day Brunch buffet including herb & pepper crusted slow roasted prime rib, Caesar salad, eggs benedict, Florentine benedict, quiches, chilled shrimp, cheese blintzes with berry sauce, French toast crème brulee. Cold grilled asparagus with lemon dill aioli, potatoes gratin, crisp bacon, Italian sausage and fresh pasties.

Deer Valley Grocery Café will offer a Grilled Beef Tenderloin Medallion sandwich accompanied but Cabot white cheddar cheese, caramelized onions, artisan greens, tarragon aioli and bacon tomato chutney served on a stone ground herb ciabatta bun.  This will be served with trio chips for $15.75

If brunch were a French king, Glitretind would be its Versailles. Stein Eriksen’s award-winning restaurant will be serving its famous Sunday brunch June 21, supercharged for Father’s Day. Try no fewer than two dozen gourmet items: lobster bisque, chilled watermelon gazpacho, eggs Benedict, spring berry crepes made to order with strawberry gelato, horseradish-crusted prime rib, pancakes, wild salmon, eggplant, salads and so much more.

What better way to celebrate dad than with some of the best steaks in town? Enjoy a special savory bacon-wrapped beef tenderloin and herb-roasted shallots, served with a choice of sides.
