DEER VALLEY RESORT PROVIDES GOURMET THANKSGIVING DINING

MULTIPLE MENU OPTIONS AVAILABLE FOR DINE-IN OR TAKE-AWAY

Deer Valley Resort, with its award-winning resort dining, is providing Thanksgiving feasts for visiting guests and those looking for a stress-free Thanksgiving holiday. Menus with dine-in or take-away gourmet options are available from The Brass Tag and Deer Valley Grocery~Café.

Offering a prix-fixe dinner for two at $48 per person, The Brass Tag will feature a succulent turkey breast roulade, paired with a roasted butternut squash and arugula salad, brick oven Brussels sprouts and Niman Ranch bacon lardons, caramelized garlic whipped Yukon Gold potatoes, and a green bean, shiitake mushroom and leek skillet. The dinner is topped off with both an oven-baked pumpkin pie with lemon whipped cream and a cheddar cheese-crusted apple pie. The Thanksgiving feast will be served nightly November 26-29. Tax and gratuity are not included and a la carte options are available.

Deer Valley Grocery~Café's Take-Away Menu features an assortment of delicious pies and desserts, ranging from traditional pumpkin pie or with a gingersnap crust to traditional apple, blueberry and cherry pies or apple cheddar pie, Deer Valley cheesecake with strawberry sauce, chocolate silk pie, sweet potato pecan pie and pumpkin chocolate chip cookies. Available sides to enhance any turkey dinner include lemon thyme sauce, Deer Valley roasted garlic mashers, roasted butternut squash soup, spiced apricot chutney, artisan Caesar salad, roasted baby carrots, green bean au gratin and homemade Struan stuffing. Orders placed by 5 p.m. Monday, November 23 will be available for pick up by 7 p.m. Wednesday, November 25. Deer Valley Grocery~Café will be closed Thanksgiving day. Prices vary from $15 to $46 for the pies and $11 to $16 for the sides and sauces. All Take-Away Menu pricing can be found at deervalley.com.
