DEER VALLEY RESORT, PARK CITY, UTAH (July 28, 2017) – Deer Valley Resort has been selected to manage the Goldener Hirsch Inn and Residences effective July 2017. Deer Valley Resort Lodging and Reservations will soon assume management of both the existing Inn and the new residential development that is currently under construction.

“We are honored to have been selected to manage this iconic property,” said Kim McClelland, Deer Valley Resort director of lodging. “Goldener Hirsch Inn and Residences will be our flagship property located in the Silver Lake Village.”

The Goldener Hirsch Inn is an award-winning, boutique hotel located in the heart of Silver Lake Village. It features 20 condominiums that operate as hotel rooms. The Inn also has common area amenities such as conference rooms, outdoor hot tub, ski storage and the acclaimed Goldener Hirsch restaurant.

Deer Valley® will manage the expansion of the residential component on the adjacent property that began construction this summer. The expansion will include two modern, connected buildings with 39 luxury residential condominiums featuring studio to three-bedroom floor plans, with many offering a lock-off configuration. Other amenities will include a conference center with outdoor patios and firepits; a rooftop pool, hot tubs and fitness center with incredible views; a ski/boot locker room with an après-ski lounge; sky bridge connection from the expansion to the existing Goldener Hirsh Inn; and two levels of underground parking complete with storage areas for the residence owners.
