PARK CITY, Utah (July, 2015) — The rain has past, summer’s around the corner, and it’s the perfect time to stop by and cool off at the Eating Establishment, Park City’s friendliest and longest-running full-service restaurant.

Whether for breakfast, lunch or dinner, enjoy the shade or bask in the sun on the outdoor dining deck, while also enjoying the food and service that’s made “the Double-E” a mainstay of Park City since 1972. Enjoy homemade favorites like pork chops, pasta pomodoro or chocolatey mud pie; burgers and sandwiches like the Pickaxe or Classic Dip; or fluffy pancakes and any one of the Establishment’s world-famous skillets.

“Winter’s great, but we really do love spring and summer here in Park City — it’s what’s helped keep us around these 40-plus years,” Rick Anderson, owner of The Eating Establishment said. “We’d love to have you join us, hang out and enjoy this great food and family-friendly prices.”

About The Eating Establishment

The Eating Establishment is the oldest full-service restaurant in Park City, Utah. Opened in 1972 when Park City was still just a budding tourist town, the restaurant has since grown into a beloved Main Street staple, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner daily.  Many menu items haven’t changed since day one, and the legendary Miner’s Dawn skillet – seasoned potatoes, melted cheese, basted eggs and wheat toast – helped popularize breakfast skillets near and far. New menu items have been added over time to keep pace with changing tastes, but “The Double E” still holds true to its origins: traditional American food with a Western flare, served in a fun, friendly and casual setting, and all at affordable prices. There’s something for everyone at The Eating Establishment – especially families. Book your reservation on Eating Establishment's website, www.theeatingestablishment.net, or via Open Table.
