More than a dozen local restaurants and caterers are offering a host of delicious specials, meals and more, sure to make a perfect, stress-free special occasion whether you eat-in or dine-out.
“We have the best chefs in the world here in Park City — sit back, relax, and let them do all the work this Thanksgiving. And then, of course, dig in,” PCARA executive director Ginger Ries said.

BAJA CANTINA
Discounts and specials
This local Tex-Mex staple will be offering a 20-percent “locals’ discount” on food for customers who pick up a free Locals Card at Baja Cantina (please note only one discount per bill). Plus, from Monday through Thursday, from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. (Friday through Sunday 2 – 5 p.m.), enjoy Fiesta Hour specials like $2.75 to $3.75 margaritas and discounted appetizers.

If your Thanksgiving is a smaller or more intimate affair, the Brass Tag at the Lodges at Deer Valley is serving a sumptuous three-course Thanksgiving Dinner for Two. Start with roasted butternut squash and arugula salad, then enjoy turkey breast roulade served alongside roasted brussel sprouts, caramelized garlic whipped potatoes and a green bean, shiitake mushroom and leek skillet. Dessert features oven-baked pumpkin pie and cheddar cheese crusted apple pie. An a la carte option will also be available.

Thanksgiving dinner at this Park City premier steakhouse comes with all the fixins’. Enjoy roasted turkey with pan gravy, served with Butcher’s homemade mashed potatoes, sage-and-apple stuffing, candied yams, sautéed green beans and carrots and cranberry relish. For dessert, choose from classic pecan or pumpkin pie with fresh whipped cream.
CISERO’S RISTORANTE
You get to choose at Cisero’s delectable Thanksgiving dinner. Pick from no fewer than five appetizers – Caesar salad, house salad, stuffed mushrooms, squash bisque, whipped goat cheese or deviled eggs. Then enjoy your choice of entrée: slow-roasted brined turkey breast with cranberry compote ($26.95), brown sugar glazed ham, ($26.95) both turkey and ham ($29.95), slow-roasted prime rib with au jus ($34.95), or seared trout with blueberry and fennel salad ($29.95). For sides, choose any three from candied carrots, haricot verts, mashed potatoes, whipped squash and traditional house-made stuffing. Dessert is classic apple crisp or pumpkin pie for an additional $5.

Make this Thanksgiving one to remember by letting Cuisine Unlimited, Park City’s top caterer, do all the work. Choose from 10 sides like maple-glazed sweet potatoes, focaccia-and-apple walnut stuffing and grilled winter vegetables, plus soups and no fewer than three salads. Open house the day before Thanksgiving

This gourmet cooking school will be closed for Thanksgiving, but stop by the day before from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Deer Valley Club for a delicious open house to see what the Park City Culinary Institute is all about. Enjoy tasty bites made by the school’s graduating class, made up of home cooks and pros who spent two months studying under the direction of the institute’s expert instructors. Park City’s favorite local steakhouse is serving a classic three-course Thanksgiving dinner done right. Enjoy broccoli-and-cheddar soup, Caesar salad or Park City’s best salad bar. Then dig into a roasted tom turkey with harvest vegetable stuffing, citrus cranberry relish, roasted butternut squash, homemade mashers, oat-and-barley beer bread, sourdough baguette and more. Then choose between pumpkin pie with vanilla bean whipped cream or spiced apple bread pudding with High West bourbon sauce.
