PARK CITY, Utah — Park City’s the place for romance this Valentine’s Day.
Five top-flight restaurants are serving sumptuous specials Feb. 14, each sure to make a memorable evening for two.
“Park City is home to some of the best restaurants in the world – whatever your style, whether you’re looking for something casual or comfortable or more fine-dining, these places will make sure you and your special someone have a great night this Valentine’s Day,” PCARA executive director Ginger Ries said.

Deer Valley’s Brass Tag restaurant will offer a prix-fixed tasting menu for two including Chai Poached Figs with Utah honey mascarpone cheese and chili toasted pumpkin seeds, Artichoke and Pine Nut Tapenade with strawberry balsamic glazed crostini, Brick Oven Roasted Avocado with salmon walnut stuffing and Crispy Smokey Oyster Roll with grilled asparagus, smoked oysters, Beehive cheddar cheese and truffle aioli. Finish the meal with Chocolate Banana Custard with toasted almond mocha toffee. The cost per couple is $53.00 (tax and gratuity not included).

Deer Valley Grocery~Café will offer pre-ordered sweets and treats for Valentines Day. Enjoy any of the following:

Enjoy classic surf-and-turf at the Eating Establishment, which is serving lobster and filet mignon for $79.99 a person.
The Farm Restaurant at Park City Mountain Resort, in the Canyons Village area will have three special items on offer: truffle parsnip soup with Gold Creek fasiago; “Duck ‘n’ Waffles” made from duck confit, scallion waffles, quail egg, melted onion and cranberry glaze; and chocolate-dipped strawberry cake with champagne sabayon.
Grub Steak, Park City’s longest-running steakhouse, will be serving surf-and-turf prix fixe featuring slow-roasted prime rib, Canadian lobster tail and a choice of side for $65.75. Enjoy Caesar salad, wild rice and mushroom soup, or Grub Steak’s famous salad bar for starters, and be sure to leave room for chocolate lava cake with fresh raspberries and Haagen Dazs vanilla ice cream for dessert.
Keep things casual at Squatters Roadhouse Grill and Wasatch Brew Pub, which will be serving their regular menus for Valentine’s Day.
