Back for its third season, the First Time Ski or Snowboard Family discount will be offered until December 21st for $200, including lessons, tickets, and rental for a family of 4.
In these unprecedented times, Powder Mountain continues its commitment to be the least crowded major ski resort in North America by limiting ticket sales. Mark Schroetel, Powder Mountain's General Manager, said it best, "Powder Mountain has always been a well-kept secret, known for wide-open terrain, adventurous spirit, and days of powder after a storm. Restricting day tickets on North America’s largest ski resort is how we demonstrate our commitment to safety, providing a genuine skiing experience and to keep Preserving the Pow!" To accommodate lovers of pow this year he added that, "We replaced our enclosed cabin haul cats at Lighting Ridge and Raintree with open air cats and open-air trailers to provide safe access to some of the best powder skiing anywhere. We will also continue to run the Powder Country buses but at much reduced capacity per bus to provide adequate social distancing. We encourage guests who wish to experience Powder Country to weigh their choices carefully as they are likely to face substantial wait times for shuttles.”
Although the experience might differ from years past, the skiing will remain exceptional. Powder Mountain Resort, with support from its community, team members, and guests, is ready to provide a great on-mountain experience and is committed to what matters most; the wellbeing of those who will enjoy unrivalled skiing and riding on powder and groomed trails at our resort this season.
