PARK CITY AREA RESTAURANTS STAYING OPEN THROUGH SHOULDER SEASON
Some establishments will be modifying their hours, and a handful will be closing until the start of the winter ski and snowboard season, but many others will remain open.
WHAT:
Hard to believe, but another famous Park City winter is just around the corner. Many local restaurants will be operating business- as-usual. A few others will modify their hours or temporarily close for routine maintenance and cleaning before the start of the ski and snowboard season.
Here’s the restaurant-by-restaurant rundown, each a member of the Park City Area Restaurant Association.
No Change to Hours:

501 On Main:
Open for lunch and dinner
Billy Blanco’s:
Closed Nov. 25, 26, and Dec. 25. Otherwise open seven days a week
Chimayo:
Closed Sundays and Mondays from Oct. 4 to Nov. 21.
Closed Nov. 22 to Dec. 2.
Open seven days a week starting Dec. 3.
Deer Valley Grocery Café:
Starting Sept. 8: 7:30 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Ghidotti’s:
Closed Nov. 25 and 26.
Grappa:
Closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays from Oct. 6 to Nov. 21.
Closed Nov. 22 to Dec. 1.
Open seven days a week starting Dec. 2.
Sushi Blue:
Closed Nov. 25, 26 and Dec. 25. Otherwise open seven days a week.
Vinto:
Monday-Thursday, 12-9:30 p.m.
Friday-Saturday, 12-10 p.m.
Sunday, 4-9 p.m.
Wahso:
Closed Oct. 11 to Dec. 2.
Windy Ridge Bakery:
Closed Nov. 25, 26, Dec. 25 and Jan. 1.
Windy Ridge Café:
Closed Nov. 25, 26 and Dec. 25.
Temporary Closings:
Grub Steak, Nov. 8-9
High West Distillery & Saloon, Nov. 9-23
Royal Street Café at Deer Valley Resort, Sept. 8 until opening day, Dec. 5
