Riverhorse on Main Adds Newest Park City

PARK CITY, Utah (February 2017) — Riverhorse On Main, one of Park City’s most acclaimed restaurants, furthers its mark on Park City’s renowned dining and vacationing scene with the opening of Riverhorse Provisions—a quaint noshery located in the historic Imperial Hotel at 221 Main Street. Featuring the culinary excellence of Executive Chef Seth Adams, Riverhorse Provisions’ artisanal cuisine includes breakfast, lunch and après ski menus, as well as a coffee shop, prepared food items for at-home cooking, and custom gift baskets. 

The brick-and-mortar Riverhorse Provisions gourmet market is the latest to join the prestigious collection of products and services offered under the umbrella of Riverhorse Hospitality. In addition to the award-winning Riverhorse on Main flagship restaurant, the group also touts its esteemed in-home private chef and catering services. Fully customizable offerings range from casual fare to elegant fine dining experiences personalized to any taste. These services, along with a private line of exclusive house-made Riverhorse favorites like their mango chutney and stone ground mustard, and thoughtful gift baskets of gourmet pantry essentials and specialty picnic items, are all available at Provisions.

Riverhorse Provisions operates as a café and market from Park City’s Imperial Hotel, anchoring the top of Park City’s Historic Main Street. Guests can enjoy fresh roasted coffee and espresso drinks, grab-and-go items, soups and salads made with local seasonal ingredients, gourmet sandwiches, as well as house-prepared fish or filets and fresh produce for at-home preparation. The market provides other home accents like fresh floral bouquets, ceramics, and Riverhorse-branded items like aprons, wine glasses and cutting boards. With a growing inventory, Riverhorse Provisions supplies patrons with specialty convenience items consistent with the high-caliber reputation of Riverhorse on Main.  

The upstairs portions of the beautiful and historically renovated Imperial Hotel, one of Park City’s most revered buildings with history dating back to its mining roots, has been transformed to offer private event space and a luxury penthouse vacation rental, all managed by Riverhorse Hospitality.
