PARK CITY, UTAH (March 2017) — The Park City Area Restaurant Association’s (PCARA) annual Savor the Summit presented by Sysco returns Saturday, June 17, at 6:00 p.m. Park City’s largest outdoor dinner party will host hundreds of guests at the “Grande Table” down the center of Park City’s Historic Main Street, where more than 20 prominent Park City restaurants will offer their unique al fresco dining and beverage menus.
“We love welcoming food lovers of all different tastes to dine at our communal table,” said PCARA executive director Ginger Ries. “It is a perfect opportunity to celebrate our award-winning restaurants and the start of our beautiful summer in Park City.”
After years of supporting Savor the Summit with their Western Alpine cuisine, High West Distillery will be presenting the High West Spirits Garden. “Savor the Summit is one of Park City’s iconic events,” said Head of Marketing Justin Lew. “It just made sense to offer guests a taste of our mountain crafted whiskeys while they are in town.” The Spirit Garden will be located at Heber Avenue and Main Street featuring a variety of spirits and live music beginning at 5:00pm.
