Couple’s Massage
Start your Spa experience by choosing one of four massages—Four Winds, Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy and Hot Stone—from Sundance’s licensed, experienced therapists.
The Four Winds massage relieves aching muscles and promotes relaxation through a variety of therapeutic bodywork techniques. The Deep Tissue massage is marked by firmer pressure and slower, more intense strokes to relieve tension. Soothing smells accompany the Aromatherapy massage which is customized to allow each guest to relax and heal. Finally, the Sundance Stone massage combines healing human touch with warm stone therapy to melt away tension.
Therapeutic Yoga
Following the massage, couples will be relaxed and ready to experience Therapeutic Yoga—a new Sundance offering that focuses on partner poses and basic techniques of Thai massage. A relationship-enriching experience, Therapeutic Yoga is guided by Sundance instructors who help partners learn stress-relieving, hands-on adjustments.
Finishing Touches
Warm foot soaks and luscious chocolate-covered strawberries complete the Spa experience. Guests wishing to extend their stay will find fine dining at the Tree Room, Sundance’s rustic, upscale restaurant, or the Foundry Grill, an elegant alternative.
