Vail Resorts Announces Access to Park City Mountain Resort on Epic Pass Products

Skiing and riding just became more Epic in Park City. With Park City Mountain Resort now part of the Vail Resorts family, Epic Pass holders will now have access to two resorts in Utah, Park City and Canyons Resort, on one season pass for the 2014-15 winter season.

PARK CITY, Utah (September 22, 2014) – Skiing and riding just became more Epic in Park City. With Park City Mountain Resort now part of the Vail Resorts family, Epic Pass holders will now have access to two resorts in Utah, Park City and Canyons Resort, on one season pass for the 2014-15 winter season. Skiers and riders can choose the season pass that best meets their needs including skiing and riding across Utah, Colorado, Lake Tahoe, Europe and now Japan. Utah skiers and riders are encouraged to act fast; current pricing of season pass products is only guaranteed through October 12.

Epic Pass products that include access to Park City Mountain Resort include the Epic Pass, Epic Local Pass, Park City Canyons Youth Pass (formerly Canyons Youth Pass), Park City Canyons 4-Pack (formerly Canyons 4-Pack), Epic 7-Day, and Epic 4-Day. All season passes that include Park City Mountain Resort will receive night skiing benefits at no additional charge. 

Current Park City Mountain Resort season passes will be valid at Park City only through the 2014-15 season, but are eligible for exchange or upgrade to Epic Pass products for access to Canyons. Simply call to speak to a season pass expert at 877.226.5685. Please note that the Park City Mountain Resort season pass office cannot currently exchange or upgrade your pass. EPIC LOCAL PASS

The best season pass value in the state of Utah, the Epic Local Pass offers unlimited days of skiing with holiday restrictions at Canyons and Park City for just $569 for adults (19+), $439 for teens (13-18), and $289 for children (5-12). The Epic Local Pass also includes unlimited, unrestricted skiing or riding at Breckenridge, Keystone and Arapahoe Basin in Colorado, with limited holiday restrictions at Heavenly, Northstar and Kirkwood at Lake Tahoe. A total of 10 days at Vail and Beaver Creek are also included, with holiday restrictions. Ski or ride all but 11 days at Canyons and Park City in 2014-15: Nov. 28-29, Dec. 26-31, Jan. 17 and Feb. 14-15. The Epic Local Pass pays for itself in just over four days of skiing.

EPIC PASS™

Again for the 2014-15 season, the Epic Pass offers the best value for skiing and riding in the industry. The Epic Pass at $749 provides unlimited and unrestricted access to Park City and Canyons (Utah) as well as to Vail, Beaver Creek, Breckenridge, Keystone and Arapahoe Basin (Colorado); and Northstar, Heavenly and Kirkwood (Tahoe). Plus, pass holders can also enjoy up to five consecutive free days each at Les 3 Vallées, France and Verbier, Switzerland when booking in-resort lodging, plus five free consecutive days at Niseko, Japan. Pricing for the Epic Pass is $749 for adults (13+) and $389 for children (ages 5-12). The Epic Pass pays for itself in just over five days of skiing.

PARK CITY CANYONS YOUTH PASS

Only for Utah resident college students, teens, and children, Park City Canyons Youth Pass features unlimited, unrestricted access to Park City and Canyons for $269 for children (ages 5-12), $299 for teens (ages 13-18) and $399 for college students. Proof of Utah residency/property ownership is required. College students purchasing the Canyons Youth Pass must show proof of full-time status for 2014-15 school year and proof of residency in the state.

PARK CITY CANYONS 4-PACK

Only for Utah residents, Park City Canyons 4-Pack features restricted access to Park City and Canyons for $279. Proof of Utah residency/property ownership is required.  Guests can use any of the four tickets at Park City and Canyons through the season except Nov. 28-29, Dec. 26-31, Jan. 17 and Feb. 14-15.
