Wrangle the Family for National Ability Center’s Annual Barn Party

Live Music, Western BBQ and Family-Friendly Activities Benefit Equestrian Programs

PARK CITY, UT (May 2017) – The National Ability Center (NAC) invites families and community members to dust off their boots and sport their favorite Country Western attire for the annual Barn Party on Saturday, June 3. The event takes place at the Bronfman Family Ranch Recreation and Education Center, 1000 Ability Way, in Park City, Utah, from 5:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.  Co-emcee’s for this year’s event are Kim Fischer of Good4Utah and actor/comedian Bill Engvall.    

The annual Barn Party celebrates NAC staff, volunteers, the successes of participants, and the possibilities discovered every day at the NAC. Guests can enjoy live music and dancing, savory BBQ by Traeger Grills and Executive Chef Chip McMullin from the St. Regis Deer Valley., Western saloon, auction, mechanical bull riding, and kids activities. All proceeds benefit the NAC’s equestrian programming that gives more than 5,000 children, veterans and families access to adaptive equestrian and other recreational programming through the organization each year. 

“The annual Barn Party is not only an opportunity to raise awareness and garner support for our equestrian and summer programming, but it is a chance to celebrate our programs and the people and families who inspire our work every day,” said Gail Barille, National Ability Center's chief executive officer. “We are grateful to all our community partners and friends of the NAC who make our impactful programs possible.”

Tickets are $55 for adults, $45 for individuals 65 and older, $25 for kids, and free for children under age five. A family package (two adults, three kids) is available for $150, as well as discounted tickets for youth and adult NAC participants. Tickets can be purchased at www.discovernac.org/barnparty
