SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH – Even though the winter season is said to be half way through, do not think that winter fun is even close to done. Some of Utah’s snowiest months are still ahead of us. So don’t let your fifth and sixth graders get stuck inside for they could be exploring all 15 Utah resorts for free with the Ski Utah Passport.
Using the Passport, fifth graders can ski or ride three times (45 total days) at each of Utah’s 15 ski resorts and sixth graders can enjoy one day (15 total days) at each resort. Till January 31, Passports can be acquired for a $35 processing fee which includes shipping, handling and 500 inches of The Greatest Snow on Earth®. After January 31, the processing fee increases to $45.
“Participating in skiing and snowboarding keeps students active and happy during the cold winter months,” exclaimed Ski Utah Vice-president of Marketing Raelene Davis. “The Passport is the most affordable way for students to get introduced to this incredible lifetime sport.”
Parents looking for a cost-effective way to ski with their fifth and sixth grade students should take advantage of the Ski Utah Yeti Pass, good for one day of skiing at every Utah resort for $649 ($43 per day).
For the 5th or 6th Grade Passport, apply online or print an application at skiutah.com/passport. Questions may be answered by emailing Ski Utah at skiinfo@skiutah.com or by calling 801.534.1779.
