How To Use Your Ski Utah Yeti Pass

The Ski Utah Yeti Pass provides one lift ticket to each of Utah's 15 participating resorts.

The program is completely digital.

You will need to create a Ski Utah Pass account if this is your first Ski Utah pass purchase. If you have purchased a 4th, 5th or 6th Grade Passport anytime after September 2019, just login and add a Yeti Pass to your account. The account allows you to manage passes, track usage, and is available on any web enabled device. You will not receive any printed material from Ski Utah to participate in the program. Redemption is completed at the resort's ticket window.

Apply online through SkiUtah.com/skiutahpassport. Upload a current photo of the pass holder and use your credit card to complete your transaction.

For the 2023–24 winter season, there are NO BLACKOUT DATES for the Ski Utah Yeti Pass.

How to Redeem

To obtain a lift ticket, pass holder must visit the designated ticket redemption locations at each resort. Please check the redemption information for each resort you visit, as each have specific redemption criteria:

Alta Ski Area

May be redeemed by Yeti Pass holder for complimentary lift ticket. Offer valid through 2023–24 season only. Lift ticket is non-transferable and may not be used by any other person. This offer has no cash value and may not be used in conjunction with any other discount or special offer.

For the 2023–24 season Alta will continue to require all guests to obtain a parking reservation Fri-Sun and holidays. Parking Reservation Details

Alta does not allow snowboarding.

Beaver Mountain

Brian Head Resort

How do I apply for the Yeti Pass?

Apply online through SkiUtah.com/skiutahpass. Complete the application as directed. Upload a current photo of the pass holder, and use your credit card to purchase the $719 +tax Yeti Pass.

How long until we can use the Yeti Pass?

The Yeti Pass takes approximately 24-48 hours for approval after completing it online. Yeti Passes are approved in the order in which they are received. You will receive 1 email acknowledging you have applied and paid, the 2nd email will be your approval notice. You can log into the pass portal at ANYTIME to view the status of your Yeti Pass

What is included with the Yeti Pass?

Yeti Pass holders receive one lift ticket at each of Utah's 15 participating resorts

How do I know how many lift tickets my Yeti Pass has left?

Simply log into the Pass Portal with the username and password you used when registering.

What do I get? Is there a printed booklet?

The Ski Utah Yeti Pass is FULLY DIGITAL! As soon as your Yeti Pass has been approved, the pass holder can start using it. You will receive one email after applying, confirming the billing amount for your order, and a second email once your Yeti Pass has been approved. Alternatively, you can always login to the Pass Portal to check on the status.

At which Utah resorts is the Yeti Pass valid?

The Passport is valid at the following 15 resorts: Alta Ski Area, Brighton Resort, Beaver Mountain, Brian Head Resort, Cherry Peak Resort, Deer Valley Resort, Eagle Point, Nordic Valley Resort, Park City Mountain, Powder Mountain, Snowbasin Resort, Snowbird, Solitude, Sundance Resort, and Woodward Park City.

If you forgot the credentials you created for the Pass Portal you can reset it by visiting Pass Portal Password Reset. Looking for your Username? You can also enter the email you used to create the account. If you forgot your username and the email you used to register for your Yeti Pass, please contact PassSupport@SkiUtah.com and provide the pass holder's name.

What is the Pass Portal?

The portal is a place for you to manage ALL of our pass offers. The pass portal will allow you to manage your child's 4th, 5th or 6th Grade Passport and/or your Yeti Pass(es) with one login. You will be able to view a record of all redeemed and available lift tickets, the Additional Offer provided by each resort (4th, 5th and 6th Grade Passport only), exclusive discounts offered by Passport partners (4th, 5th and 6th Grade Passport only), edit your login credentials and more. The Pass Portal can be accessed on any internet enabled device with a web browser. There is no app to download. Can I register for more than one Yeti Pass, per person?

Yes. Each Yeti Pass is $719 +tax.

We don't live in Utah, can I still apply for the Passport?

YES - Anybody can apply for a Yeti Pass... although quanities are limited per season.

Where can I find ski or snowboard rentals?

All resorts have in-house equipment rental options, although quantities may be limited. There are great shops located throughout Utah, below are some of our favorites.

Why is there a Yeti Pass?

The Yeti Pass was created to be a companion pass for Ski Utah 4th, 5th & 6th Grade Passport. It gives parents the chance to ski or ride all of Utah's resorts with their kid(s).
