There is a lot on Utah’s menu for outdoorsy types, and Dallas wants a taste of it all. Born and raised at the foothills of the Wasatch Mountains, he has spent his life riding, running, climbing, paddling, and skiing at every chance he gets.
He started out in Southern Utah, where most every weekend was spent camping, hiking, and riding dirt bikes beneath a red rock backdrop. Winter sports weren’t really in focus until Dallas started skipping classes to snowboard with friends. Days turned to years, and somewhere along the way he picked up a pair of skis before (mostly) retiring the board.
When it comes to work, Dallas spends his time managing Canyon Craft, a remodeling and construction company founded by a couple of his childhood friends. He’s also a freelance photographer, drone pilot, contributing writer, and marketing consultant.
Nowadays, you'll find Dallas exploring familiar places with his wife and son, relishing every minute. Spin a chair with him and you'll probably leave with recommendations on music, powder stashes, and lunch spots.
