Jordan is a writer and artist who grew up snowboarding in Utah’s mountains, developing an early appreciation for the Wasatch snow. She studied International Studies at the University of Utah and has previously worked in government and political communications, experiences that continue to inform her curiosity about people, places and the forces shaping communities. These days, she puts that same curiosity into her writing, covering arts, culture and community while chasing stories throughout the state.
When she’s not chasing pow or telling stories, Jordan can usually be found working on an oil painting or dreaming up interiors. With a background in interior design, she loves finding beauty in both wild landscapes and thoughtfully designed spaces, and she also finds joy in a really great cup of coffee.
