Katie grew up in rural Northern Maine but has called Utah her home for over ten years. Growing up with Sugarloaf as her backyard, Katie began a decade-long alpine ski racing career attending Carrabassett Valley Academy, a private high school for competitive winter athletes, and continuing on to compete on the collegiate level. Katie’s professional experience has focused extensively on destination marketing in (and around) the ski industry with the likes of Boyne Resorts, Snowbird, U.S. Ski & Snowboard and Visit Salt Lake.
