As told by Utah’s license plate marked with a skier and the slogan The Greatest Snow on Earth®, Utah is passionate about its skiing. Truly, snow is the epicenter of the Utah ski industry, responsible for endless smiles and high-fives after experiencing a Utah powder day. For those of you who dream in powder, Ski Utah presents to you this graphic that illustrates Utah's consistent and abundant snow in a way that has never before been depicted. Did you know that Utah averages 18 Monster Dumps each winter or that Utah's 1,200 ski runs strung together would reach from Salt Lake to Vegas?

What a carefully edited piece of propaganda! you all believe this because you want to... I live here and I'm sorry but this is rubbish... Check the snowpack totals for Colorado and Utah resorts... Colorado has the driest snow... and Utah doesn't average 500' a year Alta does! maybe you should all follow the snow reports insted of clever advertising campaigns! Think for yourself people!

canyons 6,600 ft elevation base to 9,990.
snowbird base is 8,000 ft to 11,000 at top of tram. the snow at the top is better. always has been always will be.

Great post! Honestly, Utah is AMAZING when it comes to their quality and quantity of snow. We're spoiled to have such great access, mountains, snow, resorts, people, etc in our backyard!
And this last storm is just what we needed!
