Wolf Mountain
This family-friendly resort is considered by many as the best learn-to-ski and ride mountain in the Rockies. They’re open for skiing and boarding from late November through the end of March. The Wolfdeedo Double Chair was designed specifically with beginners in mind and provides access to the best beginner slope in Utah. The Howling Wolf Double chair provides access to the top of the mountain and a nice gentle two-mile trial for beginner to intermediate skiers and riders. For the more advanced riders Barney’s Way, Dyer Straits, and Cougar Canyon are a few of the black diamond trails. Wolf Mountain proudly announces the installation of the Wolf Lair triple chair lift. Located at the base of the mountain next to the Wolfed Chair, our new lift serves the Wolf Lair Terrain Park and increases our lift capacity by approximately 1000 people per hour, bringing our total lift capacity to 3500 riders per hour.
The Wolf Lair Triple assures speedy access to out Wolf Lair Terrain Park which has doubled in size. The Park’s total features now number around 20, with a wide variety for beginner to advanced riders and skiers.

Wolf Mountain has state of the art snowmaking, covering 60% of the terrain and learning area. The Wolf Mountain Learning Center, Yurt, and Kids Zone offer the utmost in convenience for parents wanting to drop off their kids for lessons and programs in a safe and friendly environment. Wolf Mountain is all about family fun with specials every weeknight, there are programs for the entire family. With three chairlifts and a Magic Carpet™, Wolf Mountain offers Utah’s largest night skiing with 100% of the mountain under lights. The Wolf is open daily from 9 am – 9 pm through early April. Utah’s most affordable mountain, skiers and riders can ski from as little as $12 per person! Our learn to ski and ride programs are the most affordable in the Rockies with the majority of our instructors are certified by the Professional Ski Instructors Association
