Halloween is creeping up Utah ski resorts are down to get spooky. Deer Valley, Snowbasin, and Sundance are each hosting activities to help you get your Halloween fix in a variety of ways.

If you want to celebrate this haunted season in a traditional Halloween manner, Snowbasin will be hosting a Halloween party on Friday, October 30 from 5:30 p.m to 9:30 p.m. This is perfect for families who want to get their freak on together and groove through the night with fun games and tunes. There will be an awesome buffet containing ingredients from the resorts local morgue and inferno (creepy!), costume contests, dance contests, games, prizes and treat baskets, and a DJ. Sundance is taking the adventurous route for those seeking to combine a little Halloween action with an adrenalin rush and beautiful mountain scenery. The adventure starts with a thrilling ride up Ray’s lift where you will make your way up the mountain through body-chilling spooky features. Once you make it to the top alive, you can fly through the haunted Halloween air on Sundance’s zip line. Sundance’s Halloween ZipTour will occur all week from October 26 to October 31. For the twelfth year in a row, Deer Valley Resort and ARUP Blood Services will partner to host its annual Transylvania Tea Party blood drive. This is a great opportunity to get into the Halloween spirit while giving back to the community. On Friday, October 30 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., Deer Valley employees and the public are encouraged to come dressed up in their Halloween attire and donate blood.
